Day 31 is here! Wow I cannot believe I did it! What a great achievement….it feels so good to have completed this challenge. 31 days of painting. That was my goal! Yay me!!!!
As I post this on Easter Day I realize that Easter represents new beginnings, new life…a resurrection! So is this my new beginning? The idea that I committed to a month of daily painting and completed it is another accomplishment that I can be proud of. With all that is going on in my life right now, for me to throw this into the pot and challenge myself to this was huge! I wanted this to become part of my daily life, part of who I am, and I think I can say it has. So I will continue to paint daily. I do need to change it up a bit, not sure how but any suggestions are greatly appreciated

8″ x 10″ in. Watercolor Painting on hotpress watercolor paper.
This was my first painting using a hotpress paper. I am waiting for a better quality but I got the Strathmore hotpress paper and definitely I feel a difference then then coldpress but not much. Hopefully the better quality I will see a difference.
I do want to ramble on but don’t want to bore you. Haha
To all who reads my posts, thank you so much for your support. It is definitely motivating to know that people are viewing what I am doing. Even if I have to remind you, hahaha…
Happy Easter to you all…
Day 31…checking off challenge complete!
Next 30 days of April is my next challenge. To keep up the momentum! To push myself to paint daily for another 30 days.
Have a great day!!!
